Catch your Dream

Today I am sharing this stunning card inspired by the Coloring Book trend that is so popular now.  Whenever someone shows me a coloring book, I remind them that I am a stamper so I color all the time!!! Anyway I started off with the Dare 2B Artzy Dream Catcher Set and stamped the image repeatedly using a mask to project each image and then matted the background on black cardstock. I then stamped the dream catcher and feather on white cardstock and used my Marvey punch to punch out the die catcher, and fancy cut the feather.  I then colored the dream catcher using my Copic Markers (BG45,Y15, E33, R22). I added the stamped images and the stamped greeting to my card and topped it off with a bakers twine bow.

Poinsettia Wishes

Hi Chris here and I am so excited to share this adorable Christmas Card! I just love these new stamps and papers from Dare 2B Artzy! I started by matting my Holly Days paper onto coordinating card stock and attaching it to my card base. I then stamped my Poinsettia Tangle stamp onto a piece of dictionary paper with the Pomegranate ink. If you are an avid book person like me, and have a hard time tearing a page out a book I have a little hint for you.... go to your dollar store and buy a cheap dictionary...then you won't feel guilty for tearing out the pages. I then fussy cut the stamped image and matted onto the coordinating red card stock and then fussy cut the matted image.  I added some liquid pearls to the center of my poinsettia and added the flower to my card, tucking in a few die cut holly leaves. I then stamped my greeting and double matted the greeting into a banner and attached to the card.  I topped the poinsettia off with a coordinating ribbon bow. ...

Thanks- Paisley Style

Hi  today I would like to share my take on this month's challenge. To create this simple but stunning card I started by laying the stamps from my Paisley Bliss set out on my block. I then ink my stamps using my Wild Orchid Ink, and stamped onto white card stock, rotating my stamp block as needed to fill my background. I then cut the card stock into 3 pieces and matted onto a piece of coordinating card stock. and then placed the matted images onto my card base.  I created a simple banner greeting using letter stickers and topped off my card with a double ribbon bow, some netting and a rose. I really love how the finished card turned out.  Hope you are inspired to get creating! Chris Wild Orchid Paisley Bliss InLinkz.com

To create this card I started by matting 2 pieces of the Blissful Bloom paper (the A and B sides) onto dark blue card stock and then attached it to my card base.  I then stamped the Dream Catcher from the Dream Big Stamp Set onto white card stock.  I then used a scalloped circle punch to punch out the dream catcher and matted the scalloped circle on silver scalloped circle and then a dark blue scalloped circle. Good Morning!  Today I am sharing my take on this month's Dare 2B Artzy's Challenge!     This month's challenge theme is BLING!!!!!!!!!!!!   UM, I think I have some of that!!!!!! To create this card I started by marking the diagonal lines with PENCIL (the pen will come later) on a piece of white cardstock slightly smaller than my finished card.  To make it easy I just used the width of my ruler. I then stamped the tiny flower from the Be Yourself Stamp set   using the Dare 2B Artzy Paradise Premium Ink .  I then used one of my journaling pens to go over the diagonal lines, erasing the pencil marks when done. I added coordinating sequins in the center of my flowers.  I matted the entire "card" Dare 2B Artzy's Artzy Doodles paper .  I created 2 banners from some scraps of the  Artzy Doodles paper and topped off the card with a bow and flower whose edges were inked with a Tim Holtz Distress Marker. I created my greet...

Dreamy Valentine's Day Card

Today I am sharing this stunning card I created using Dare 2B Arzty Dream Catcher Stamp Set .  I am having so much fun with this set.  For this card I started by cutting my card 8 x 5 1/2 inches.  Instead of folding it i half I scored my card at 2 inches and 6 inches and folded the "flaps" to make make my card front. I then cut my front panels slightly smaller (1 1/2 x 5) and stamped the 2 front panels with the Dream Catcher stamp and my Candied Apple Distress Ink.  I matted the 2 front panels on black card stock and adhered them to my card. I added a chip heart to which I had re-colored with my distress ink and added a small piece of a paper doily. I adhered to the left front of the card allowing a small bit of the heart to over hang the right panel.  I then topped it off with a black ribbon bow. I then set to work on the card inside. You can see here I stamped the Dream Catcher off the bottom right of the card.  I added a few stamps of the D...
