6 months ago I was in the ER for VERY high blood pressure, drinking 10-12 doses of caffiene a day and weighing ***. Today I am 6 months caffiene free!!!!! blood pressure usually runs LOW! and 32 +/- pounds lighter depending on the day! And I feel great... There were no magic tricks to how lost the weight! I completely changed the way I eat.. A site called The Daily Plate really helped me. (Its free :D) It allowed me to enter in my current wieght and how much I wanted to lose a week ( I started at 1.5 pounds a week) and then I very faithfully entered in the food I ate. This site really helped me makes good food choices. I found I could have several peices of fruit and it still didnt equal the caolories/fat or sodium of a candy bar. Sodium was very hard. I already never salted anything but there is soooo much hidden sodium in our diets.
