Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy.  Today we are going to create this super cute Sending Oceans of Love featuring the Submarine Life Stamp set and Submarine Life Builder Punch. I used the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series papers as my ocean-y background. and of course I had to create a yellow submarine. Cut your Bright & Beautiful Paper to 3 3/4 x 5 1/4 inches and adhere to your card base.
