Sketched Butterflies Greeting Card

Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy.  Today we are going to create this quick and easy Thinking of You card featuring Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set. I love butterflies so this set was immediately on my NEED list! Shop the Supply List Cardstock - Basic Black, Crumb Cake Classic Ink - Basic Gray Heartfelt Hexagon Punch and Stamp Set Water Color Pencil Set #1 and #2- Pumpkin Pie, Early Expresso, Cajun Craze Water Painter Baker's Twine- Basic Black Create a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch card base from Crumb Cake Cardstock.  trim a 3 3/4 x 5 inch piece of Crumb Cake.  Trim a piece of Basic Black to 4 5 1/4 inches.  Stamp large butterfly from Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set with Basic Gray ink.  Color images with watercolor pencils.  Blend coloring with water painter.  Stamp sentiment from Sketched Butterflies and hexagon border from Heartfelt Hexagon set onto Crumb Cake Cardstock.  Using the Heartfelt Hexagon punch, punch stamped hexagon and pun...

If you have been following me lately then you know I love creating watercolor backgrounds with ink. And is fun and easy to create. Shop the Supply List Cardstock - Basic White 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Paper Stampin' Spritzer Classic Ink Pad - Coastal Cabana, Summer Splash, Pretty in Pink, Petunia Pop Flowers of Beauty Stamp Set Unbounded Love Stamp and  Die Set Summer Splash Stampin' Write Marker Glass Mat or large stamping block Basic Twine Min Dimensional adhesive Create a 4 x 5 1/2 inch card base from Basic White cardstock.  Trim a piece of Basic White to 3 3/4 x 5 1/4 inches. his will become yo9ur watercolor background.  On your Glass mat or Large stamping block stamp your Coastal Cabana  and Summer Splash Classic Ink Pads.  Spritz your surface with water using your Stampin' Spritzer. Watercolor Painted Lavender Card

  Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy.  Today we are going to create this beautiful watercolor background for my stamped Painted Lavender Flowers. This technique looks stunning but is really easy to do! Shop the Supply List   Basic White Cardstock Classic Stampin' Ink Spots Stampin' Spritzer Baker's Twine Stampin' Write Markers  Painted Lavender Stamp Set Sentimental Park Stamp Set Start by creating your 4 x 5 1/4 inch card base from the Basic White Cardstock.by cutting your  Cardstock to 8\ x 11, score and fold at 4 inches.  Cut a second piece of Basic White Cardstock to 3 3/4 x 5 inches.  This will be the piece we use for our  watercolor background.  Stamp you ink pad on to a non-stick surface such as a glass mat, a large stamp block.  Spritz your stamped inks with water.   Lay your Basic White Cardstock onto your inks.  Lift up and reveal your background.  Add additional inks to fill your backgro...

Steampunk Stroll

Today I am excited to share this art-sy page I created to play with this month's Steampunk challnge at Blank Page Muse. My vision was to imitate  a romantic looking "art" piece except using steampunk images, all while playing with my new watercolor markers.  This project features Blank Page Muse Up Up and Away Steampunk Airships Balloons Wings Art Rubber Stamp Set Blank Page Muse Octopus Time! Stenciled Flamingo Card

Greetings!  Today I am so excited to share this stenciled watercolor technique I used to create this card.  I know previously I have shared how to create watercolor pieces using watercolor pencils, but this time I chose to try watercolor markers.  Supplies needed Clear Scraps  6" Flamingos Stenci l Clear Scraps 4 x 6 Pine Cone Stencil  watercolor paper Watercolor markers water brush or paint brush and water Cardstock border punch Start by securing your paper to your work space.  Trace images from  Clear Scraps  6" Flamingos Stenci l using watercolor markers.
