Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy. Today we are going to create these sweet welcome cards to send to friends with expanding families! I had a few friends with pending new additions on my list so I decided to create two similar cards. And the Sweet Peas Stamp Set is sooo perfect for these cards.
Sweet Peas Stamp Set
Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder
StaZon ink
Stampin' Write Markers- Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, Lemon Lime Twist
Stylish Shape Dies
Cardstock -Basic White, Granny Apple Green
Classic Ink- Granny Apple Green
Create 2 card bases by first cutting your 8 1/2 x 11 Granny Apple Green paper into two 4 1/4 x 11 inch pieces. Score both pieces at 5 1/2 inches. Cut 2 1/2 inch off one flap of each card base.
Emboss both cutaway pieces with Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere to Front Card Flap. Cut a 2 1/4 x 4 inch piece of Basic White for each card. Adhere to inside flap. Die cut two circles with Stylish Shape Dies. Stamp desired Sweet Peas onto circles.
Color stamped images with Stampin' Write Markers, spreading ink with water painters.
Stamp Inside of card with Sweet pea leaves.
