Merry Monday- A Christmas Card to Create

Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy.  Today we are going to create a Christmas Card. I know it seems early but it is never too early to get a jump start on your Christmas Cards. And I love transforming "non' Christmas-y papers to create Holiday Cards. So let's get started.

Shop the Supply List

Trucking along Stamp Set (online exclusive)
Thoughtful Wishes Die Set
Perennial postage Die Set
Perennial Lavender Designer paper
Cardstock - Crumb Cake, Pretty Peacock
Crumb Cake Baker's Twine
Classic Ink - Pretty Peacock
Metallic Enamel Effect basics

Start by creating a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch Pretty Peacock Card base by trimming to 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 and then scoring and folding at 4 1/4 inches.

Using your Perennial Postage die set, die cut the largest rectangle from Crumb Cake cardstock and the 2nd largest from Painted Lavender paper.

Using the perennial Postage dies cut two banners from Crumb Cake.  Stamp partial Sentiment from Trucking Along Stamp Set with Pretty Peacock Ink onto the banners.

Die cut leaf cluster from Pretty peaock cardstock using Thoughtful Wishes die set. Create your Card topper by adhering die cut Painted Lavender paper onto die cut Crumb Cake cardstock.  Adhere die cut leaf cluster.  Tie Crumb Cake Bakers twine around card topper. Add a double bow from baker's twine.

Adhere card topper to card base.

Add dots of Metallic Enamel Effects (silver) onto your leaf cluster as desired.

I hope you enjoyed this little Craft Room "Therapy" session!
