Card base , gold gems, liquid pearls
Creating your Fur-ever Loved Card
Start but trimming your yellow ( I use floral side) papers to slightly smaller than your card base and adhere. Add narrow strip of yellow papers to your card as shown.

Cut banner strip from your yellow papers. Layer ephemera over the banner.
