Coloring Blank Page Muse's Flower Cart

This month the design team was challenged to create projects with a nature theme. So, today I am super excited to share this stunning flower cart card I created using one of my favorites stamps  Flower Cart Line Art Style Rubber Stamp for cards by Rick St Dennis.  I just love coloring this image and bringing it to life! I just love all the details in this stamp.

Supplies needed:

Blank Page Muse Flower Cart Line Art Style Rubber Stamp for cards by Rick St Dennis

Mixed Media Paper,  Water Color markers, water brush, card stock, archival ink

Start by stamping your Blank Page Muse Flower Cart Line Art Style Rubber Stamp for cards by Rick St Dennis onto mixed media paper. Using watercolor markers, trace lines of your stamp

Using a water-brush, spread watercolor ink out to color your cart. I added a few touches of the golden brown ink to give my cart a even more weathered look.

Continue coloring your image.  It helps to color different flower areas and then move to a different area so your colors don't mix.

Continue coloring and bringing your image to life.

Once completed and dry, mat your image onto car stock and then again onto mixed media papers. Cut corners of you mixed media paper and then mat onto card stock again and add to your card base.

I hope you are inspired to try coloring these images!
