To Everything there Is a Season - ATC Art

Greetings!  I am excited to share this twist on ATC.  I love creating them but then never really enjoy them.  After creating these 4 ATC for this months Blank Page Muse Challenge (ALL Seasons), I decided I loved my cards and wanted to mount them for myself!

To recreate this project you will need

4 watercolor ATC, Watercolor Markers  (I used Tombow), Water Brush or paint brush with water, Shaved Iced Glitter, Fine Point Glue Pen, Border Punch, thick mounting paper, pencil, eraser, pen, archival ink

Start by stamping Woodland Girl and Tree on 4 ATC.
You will notice below that I use used my water color marker to ink the stamp for 2 of the trees.  While inking the stamp I DID NOT ink the leaves one one and only inked the very start of the leaves (In light green)  to imitate buds on the other.

Color images as desired.  I added clouds to some of the backgrounds using Blank Page Muse Overcast Stitch Stencil designed by Stephanie Eaton

to create the winter-y ATC, before coloring the sky I used a fine tip glue pen to add dots of glue to sky to create snow flakes.  Once dry you can color over them and it creates a resist.  I added some glue to bottom of ATC and add my shaved ice to imitate snow.

On mounting paper, pencil in your verse or sentiment. Re-write in pen.

Stamp tree and leaves using watercolor markers to ink stamp.  Spread ink using your water brush.

Mount ATC onto cardstock and use a border punch to create decorative edge.  Add to mounting paper.

I hope you are inspired to get creative with your ATC and stamping.  Be sure to follow Blank Page Muse.
