Owl be Home for Christmas

Greeting Chris here and today I am super excited to share my card with you!   You can even see that cute sled I created for last week's Blog Hop in the background.   My oldest daughter is an "OWL" nut so I love collecting owl stamps to create things for her!  To re-create this card you will need  D2BA Owl Be Home 4 Xmas Stamp Set   D2BA Totally Black Ink   D2BA Tis the Season - Holly Days paper   Markers (I used Chameleon RD3, NV3, NV4, BR5)   and jute, and green and white  cardstock.   I started out by stamping the Owl  and greeting from with the D2BA Owl Be Home 4 Xmas Stamp Set using the D2BA Totally Black Ink onto white cardstock. I then Colored my Owl with my Chameleon markers and then fussy cut him out. Octopus Tag

When I saw this stamp I new I had to have it! As soon the stamps arrived I got to play (I can't really call stamping work, now can I?) To recreate this project you will need: Sin City Stamps Octopus Time! Steampunk Art Rubber Stamp Set  Sin City Stamps Classic Spark Rubber Stamp Set  Sin City Stamps Background Grunge Art Rubber Stamp Set Other Supplies: Tag, black & Cream cardstock, Black Archival Ink, Watercolor Mists, Washi Tape, Fibers Start by masking off the center sprocket in the wings from the  Sin City Stamps Classic Spark Rubber Stamp Set   with Washi Tape Stamp onto tag with Archival ink. (Note: gently ink your stamp so the the washi tape doesnt pick up the image underneath.)   Stamp Octopus lady from the  Sin City Stamps Octopus Time! Steampunk Art Rubber Stamp Set   leaving wings in the background.  Stamp Grunge Circles along edges of tag with the  Sin City Stamps Background...

Cozy Cocoa Greeting

Hi I am  excited to share this cozy greeting card to warm your heart! These stamps are perfect for sending a warm greeting on chilly winter and fall days!  Supplies needed include D2BA Blue Sky Artzy Doodles Paper D2BA Cup of Cheer Stamp Set D2BA Totally Black Ink Colored Pencils, Scallop punch, Embossing folder (basket weave) Coordinating Cardstock ribbon, flower, and card base. Start by embossing D2BA Blue Sky Artzy Doodles Paper and then cutting into squares and matting onto blue coordinating card stock and attach to the card base. Stamp cocoa cup and greeting onto to white card stock. Color cup with your favorite coloring tool (I choose colored pencils for this project.) Punch greeting and punch another scallop circle from coordinating card stock.  Add to card, finishing with a bow and flower.  Here is a close up   Hope you are inspired to get stamping!!    

Thankful Canvas

Hi!  Chris here and today I would like to share my project I created for Sin City Stamps!  I love the colors and textures of fall leaves (even if my allergies don't like them!)  So I decided to try to recreate them!  To recreate this project you will need: Sin City Stamps Leaves Rubber Stamp Set  6x8 Canvas Thankful die cut Card stock - green, white and orange (for die cut) Distress inks Spanish Moss Glue gun Start by stamping your leaves onto green and white card stock.  Fussy cut all the leaves.  Dip "white" leaves into distress ink. Here are some of the finished leaves. Glue Spanish Moss to bottom left of "back" side of canvas.  Attach leaves to canvas. Finish by adding the die cut Thankful to canvas. You can see all the texture in the close up! Hope you are inspired to get stamping!
