This card also uses Picket Fence Slimline Nested Rectangle Dies .  To recreate this card you will also need 8 1/2 x 11 inch white card stock, blue card stock, yellow embossed card stock, and blue printed card stock.  Start by cutting a 8 1/2 x 11 card stock to 7 x 8 1/2 inches.
