My Journey to a healthy Life

The August KNK kit came right after I had a health scare and needed to take care of me. In the kit is this awesome envelope and I got the Luxe addon stamps! YOU NEED them! :D
This project was unlike anything project I have created before. A little messy, a little free style, lots of glimmer mist! And lots of journaling!



So far I am meeting my "Journey" plans. havent hit the target weight yet but I am losing and feeling tons better! you can get the Kit and the stamps at KNK. I will be sharing many more kit creations very soon :D

Ok now I know this all comes on the heels of the health scare but I love the idea of setting goals and making an all about me album....one thing I feel like I don't make time for is scrapping...I am always getting the "have to" deadlines done but don't scrap enough just for me....I think I need to start a scraphappy Saturday or something! good luck on your goals girl! YOU GO!

Thoughtful Journey Peaceful Pier
