Sweet Easter Card

Greetings! Chris here and today I am super excited to share this sweet Easter Card I created. This vintage-y card features chipboard, lace, pearl, some pretty pink paint and a stencil. And it is no secret that I love stencils!    And the Clear Scraps 5 x 9 Grunge Brick Stencil is so fun to play with.  And you get two (2) designs in one stencil!  Bricks and lines. Don't let the word "grunge" scare you!  I used it to create this pretty elegant card!  I started by adding some pearly pink paint over my stencil onto watercolor Paper. Any thick paper would work, I just always use watercolor paper and have it handy!   Once your paint is dry, mat your stenciled background onto coordinating card stock and adhere to your card base. Look at how fun this stenciled image looks. I chose to use the stripes vertically but you could also use them horizontally.  I added 2 scraps of  layered lace onto my stenciled background to add more ele...

The card is a perfect way to show off the Florals Sheet Flowers for you Bouquet Happy Birthday Thank you Set from I Brake for Stamps.  For this card I  die cut my patterned paper to fit onto my card base.  Stamp your flowers from the  Florals Sheet Flowers for you Bouquet Happy Birthday Thank you Set from I Brake for Stamps  onto cardstock with coordinating ink.  Cut out the flowers and adhere to your card.  Add your greeting to finish your card.  I even added Liquid Pearls to my flowers to add more elegance.  I hope you are inspired to get creative with your stamps and papers from Blank Page Muse and I Brake For Stamps.  Don't forget ...

Clear Scraps GrandKids Photo Frame

Greetings! Today I am excited to share this adorable Desktop Photo Frame I create for my office using the  Clear Scraps Grandkids Desktop Frame . I confess I did purchase this frame in advance of actually having grandchildren or photos to fill it.  Well I now have an adorable grandbaby to feature in the frame, so I finally got to create with the Clear Scraps Grandkids Desktop Frame .  To recreate this frame you will need:  Clear Scraps Grandkids Desktop Frame Paint (black, red) Patterned papers Mod Podge or similar adhesive/sealant   I started by tracing all my letters and the heart onto patterned papers.  Remember to flip the letters  if you are tracing onto the back side of the papers. The letter G here is traced in reserved because this is the backside of my paper.  Trace and cut out all letters and your heart.  Ink the edges of your papers and set aside.  Gather your paints and paint the frame bases and any portions of the frame that...
