Psychotic Ramblings from a Serial Scrapper AKA Craft Room Therapy

 Greetings!  Today I am excited to share this cheery birthday card I created playing around with the Dare 2B Artzy stencils. The Wacky Boxes Stencil   has been one of my favorites for a long time.   The stencil just allows so many options.   I chose to break out my distress inks and to ink over the stencil to create a background for my card. I used the Rectangle Fancy Framelit die to highlight my sentiment stamped from the D2BA Well Wishes Stamp Set. This stamp set has some wonderful greetings to spread some cheer during this time! Greetings! Chris here and today I am playing with stencils and ScraPerfect's Designer Transfer foils!  I admit I have struggle with the  Designer Transfer foils , all because I am not a patient crafter!  Every time I have had problems it is because I haven't let my  Best Glue Ever  dry enough before adding the  Designer Transfer foils .  I chose the new stencils and stamps from Blank Page Muse for this card! Start by tracing you stencil onto you papers. Add  Best Glue Ever  with  No Clog Writing Tip  over traced stencil marks.   LET DRY until your glue turns clear. You can see the difference below. Add  ScraPerfect's Designer Transfer foils  over glue.  Rub gently and lift off  ScraPerfect's Designer Transfer foils . letting the glue dry really is the key!  Make sure it is all clear.  The foils don't stick well to the non-dry still white glue! Today I am excited to share this Spring-y home decor I created using Clear Scraps Mason Jar Medium DIY Pallet Shape . These pallet shapes are so fun to play and create with! They work up very quickly and make perfect last minute gifts.  (if you are painting you still have to allow the paint to dry though) I made this one to hang outside my office.  Start by painting your Clear Scraps Mason Jar Medium DIY Pallet Shape . I chose a bright and cheery turquoise-y color to coordinate with my papers. Die cut or fussy cut your sentiment to fit pallet. Add paper doily and die cut sentiment to pallet. I just love how the colors look so bright and cheery! Add a floral sprig to the top of your pallet. Finish off your pallet with a jute bow.  I hope you decide to give these pallets a try! 

Greetings!  Today I am super excited to be playing with this month's new Dead Sea Toons Stamps from Blank Page Muse!    These characters are so cute and just a bit beachy and creepy! (that how she draws them!  I decided to stamp them upside down/sideways to make it look like they are almost spying on you! :D You can see below they are super fun!  no matter which way they are spying on you! Greetings!  Today I am excited to share this adorable phone stand I created for Clear Scraps!   Although I do have a confession.  I use this stand to hold my calculator at my desk at work!   The silly calculator was always getting buried under paperwork , but now it has a pretty stand! I started by tracing my C lear Scraps Hearts Wood Phone Stand  onto patterned paper.   I chose background papers with a sentiment that fit into the heart cut outs. Paint the C lear Scraps Hearts Wood Phone Stand  with paint and let dry. After cutting out the papers for my stand I decided to trim away some of the paper so that only the bottom of stand was covered.  I also fussy cut the butterfly to add to top of the phone stand. I adhered to papers with Mod Podge. After covering the base, the fit was very snug.  To make the pieces fit together easier, I sanded the edges to make them easier to assemble. A Bear-y Happy day to you!  I am excited to share this sweet card I created for a dear friend. I paired the new  Dare 2B Artzy Honey Bears Stamp Set   with paper from the  Honey Bloomz Paper Collection. Start by stamping your bears and sentiment onto card stock.  Color your image as desired. Mat your image and add to Honey Bloomz paper. For added dimension I added a paper doily under my stamped image. I finished my card with a bow and flower.  As always  ScraPerfect   's  Best Glue Ever  with  No Clog Writing Tip    allowed me to adhere all the pieces from paper, to jute bows to paper flowers, and even that delicate paper doily!    I hope this sweet card encourages your to get Artzy with your stamps!

Top of the Morning to you all!   It's March and everyone is always a little Irish in March!  To celebrate, I created these lucky cards.  They were quick and easy but I added a bit of foil loveliness for added sparkle!   These cards feature ScraPerfect's Transfer Foils and  Best Glue Ever  with  No Clog Writing Tip I started by foiling a wooden butterfly.  Add your  Best Glue Ever  onto the butterfly and let dry until clear. You can see how  Best Glue Ever  dries clear.
