Majestic Beauty

Today I am sharing a layout for our Design Team Reveal for Kreaxions/Just Imagine.  Our Theme today is All Things Green.  I used the Kreaxion punch # 304 with the star template and the A insert to create the doily behind the flower.  I then used the same punch with the C insert to create the corner punches.  The circle was cut with the circle cutter.  I added a few stamping touches using Sin City Stamps Alphabets and some mini stamps from the Anime Fairies collection.  What have you stamped lately?
So excited to announce I will be joining the Sketches in Thyme Design Team .   Whats even more exciting is I get to still play with Shawn's Sketches!!!!   S.I.T will host weekly sketch challenges!

Turtle Soup Challenge

Today is my day to host a challenge on Turtle Soup!  All month we are creating with sketches.  I choose to scraplift a layout by Jackie P which used a Sketch from Bev Code. If you are looking for inspiration check out our challenges at Turtle Soup!
Today sharing this spring birthday card. For this card I wanted to play around a bit.  I created the background by blending several distress inks over white cardstock.  I then reinked over a Sin City Stamps stencil # 13.  I then traced an oval using Kreaxions oval template.  To create the doily  I cut around the traced template leave about a 1 inch margin.  I marked the punching lines using the B template and used the #304 Kreaxions punch. I then added a glitter line on the tracing line for the oval.  I added a stamped image from Sin City Stamps from the Alice in Wonderland 2 set.  I coloed the image using my Distress Markers and a water pen then hand wrote my sentiment.  Hope you enjoyed this project.

A card for Turtle Soup's March Sketchathon

Today I am sharing my take on Bev Code's Card sketch for Turtle Soup .   For this Card I started with Bev's Sketch. I started with some really old 3 Bugs papers and then used Sin City Stamps Terri Sproul Stencil  Pattern 20 over the entire backgound.  I then used liquid pealrs to add the circles and topped the card off with a die cut by Paper House.

Castle Dome

Today I am sharing my take on this month's DT sketch for Turtle Soup .  I rotated the Bev Code's sketch and choose muted colors to go with this picture.   Here is Bev's Sketch

Peacock ThankYou Card

Today I am sharing this sweet little card perfect to thank a special person in your life. For this card I startedwith some Carta Bella papers and then added a cream colored doily.  To create the doily I cut a 4 inch circle with my Kreaxions circle cutter and then marked the back side of that circle with the "A" template.  I then punched along those marked lines with Kreaxions Punch # 920.
