Bear Sighting!
Today I am sharing my take on this week's Sketches in Thyme Sketch with another Yellowstone trip picture! We were so excited to watch this mama bear and her cub, we could "bearly" contain ourselves. I loved the black and Kraft combo!

Watercolor Make A Wish Card
Today I would like to share this birthday card I made using some homemade water-colored paper and Kreaxions/Just Imagine punches. I started using left over scraps of my watercolor background that I created for this project . I then traced the oval template on the back of the background paper. I then cut out around the template leaving about and extra inch "border" outside the traced line. I then punched along the edge with my #304 punch trying to line up the punch edges. I stamped my greeting from Sin City Stamps into the center and topped my card with some butterflies punched with the #604 punch. The ornate card background is from a Darice Embossing folder.

Pinterest Inspiration Challenge at Turtle Soup
Today I am sharing my challenge for Turtle Soup. This week my challenge is to create something from all those amazing pins you have saved at Pinterest. Looking through my Pins I found this amazing image from http://coisasdagil.blogspot.com/2012/03/jornal-reciclando-na-decoracao-flores.html
I decided to use some of my Wizard and Dorothy stamps from Sin City Stamps. I really still link her image better, but I love those stamps and I love the white halo effect.

How to use your Punches to Create a Doily
Today I am sharing this card I made for my Design Team project at Just Imagine. My oldest daughter is going away to college soon and I am trying to boost my stash of cards to have handy to send out to here. For this card I started by tracing my Just Imagine Star template and then punching each point of the star using my # 304 punch with the A insert. I also added a punched border strip behind my greeting using my #924 punch.

ColourArte Texture challenge
Today I am sharing this fun altered canvas I did for this month's ColourArte Challenge. Most of you know I am mainly a scrapbooker and card maker so this altered canvas is a little out of my comfort zone! I paired Graphic 45 papers with some handmade Modge Podge embellishments which I then painted with ColourArte's Radiant Gels and Twinkling H2Os. The title and surf boards are cut from CTMH's Artbooking Cartridge.
